Terms of Use

These terms cover your roofing estimate and work agreement with Houston Roofers.

Website use

This website and its content are the property of Houston Roofers. You may view and print pages for your personal reference. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without written permission is prohibited.

Estimates & scheduling

We offer free estimates for all roof repairs, replacements, inspections, and storm damage assessments. Once you approve our written quote, we schedule the work at your convenience. A 50% deposit holds your date; the remaining balance is due upon completion and your approval of the finished job. All estimates are valid for 30 days.

Limitation of liability

Houston Roofers is fully licensed and insured in Texas (License #12345). We carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance. All work is guaranteed under our 2-year workmanship warranty.
